WIOA Intake Clerk, Jolene Kniffin

Jolene Kniffin, is a member of the San Carlos Apache Tribe and resides in the Peridot district.
Jolene is the intake clerk for the WIOA program, she has years of experience with TERO, Food
Distribution and the Police Department in which has helped her gain great customer service
and knowledge of general office procedures. Jolene has her certificates in Social Work and
Substance Abuse and is currently taking classes with the San Carlos Apache College, for her AA
in Social Work. She loves working with the clients and WIOA staff.
Jolene loves to spend time with her family and friends, she loves to travel, hike, read, and
attend concerts. She tries to surround herself with positivity and laughter most of the time, she
loves to meet new people and welcomes new friendships. Jolene is excited to join WIOA and is
excited to learn and grow with the WIOA department and SCAC staff.
