Students: How to check your grades on MyTOCC / Jenzabar

In a web browser, visit http://my.tocc.edu/ics and click the Login button at the top of the page if it appears. You will need to use your TOCC account.

Click the Academics tab.

Under the Academics tab, you should see a section for My Unofficial Transcript. Click on it to view posted grades. You’ll also have the option of printing your unofficial transcript.

Students: Official Transcripts

For official transcripts, fill out this TOCC Transcript Request Form and email a scanned copy of it to transcripts@apachecollege.org or turn in the completed form to a staff member in our main office. The fee is currently being waived and the transcript request will be processed so long as the student does not have a financial hold on their account.
