Tes completed graduate work at the University of Chicago, where their studies focused on philosophy of action, philosophy of mind, ethics, and Nietzsche. At San Carlos Apache College, their work centers Native American philosophy and aims to foster critical engagement with mainstream academic traditions that have historically excluded Indigenous perspectives. Tes is passionate about diversity and inclusion in academia and finds great joy in introducing students to philosophy for the first time.
