Joseph Burshia, an enrolled member of the San Carlos Apache Tribe, resides in the 7-Mile Wash District. He is a Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience spanning various sectors, including federal and tribal government, healthcare, housing, and telecommunications. Joseph holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
A United States Army veteran, Joseph dedicated nine years of service to his country, where he began his career in Human Resources. This experience sparked a passion for HR, as he views employees as opportunities to support and guide in their career growth.
In his free time, Joseph enjoys hiking, spending quality time with family, and actively participating in his church. He also enjoys traveling, values friendships and strives to surround himself with positivity. Joseph is excited to be part of the San Carlos Apache College team and looks forward to contributing to its growth and future success.
