Finance Manager, Celestina Cosen

Celestina Cosen joins San Carlos Apache College as the Finance Manager, bringing enthusiasm and a strong commitment to growth as she steps into her first managerial role. Her connection to the College runs deep, serving as an Executive Assistant to the founding President from 2016 to 2018, making her return a meaningful full‑circle moment.

Before earning her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Grand Canyon University, Celestina worked in several departments within the San Carlos Apache Tribe. These experiences strengthened her understanding of tribal operations and highlighted the importance of higher education in supporting community progress.

In her new role, Celestina will serve as the College’s primary grants accountant and provide key support to the Vice President of Finance. She will contribute to the institution’s financial operations with professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to supporting student success.

Celestina plans to continue her professional development by pursuing a Master of Business Administration in the near future. Celestina is a member of the Navajo Nation tribe of New Mexico, and is married to Arnold Cosen a member of the San Carlos Apache Tribe. Together they live with their children in Bylas, Arizona.
