Dr. Alfred L. Moore Jr. is originally from Long Island, New York, and has lived in Peridot, Arizona, for over 20 years, where he resides with his spouse, Theodora, who is a member of the San Carlos Apache Tribe.
Dr. Moore serves as the San Carlos Apache College’s Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer, and began his career as a Business Faculty member at the San Carlos Apache College.. Dr. Moore received his PhD in economic sciences from Selinus University in Ragusa, Italy, in 2025.
Among several educational accomplishments, Dr. Moore has completed 9 marathons to date and is an active amateur boxer who provides free training and lessons for community members at the Peridot Gym, located in the community of La Bamba City.
